An extremely interesting interview with Vinnie Cilurzo who owns the Russian River Brewing Company. Some will like his thoughts on experimental brewing techniques and others his ideas on business but all should at least find the interview worth the read. (Link via SVN)

A side note: there's a mention of a lambic beer in the interview. The Sam Adam's Cherry Lambic could be the worst drink I've consumed in 14 years.
